抵达重庆 + 解放碑周边闲逛
抵达重庆江北机场，乘轻轨至市中心，入住解放碑/洪崖洞附近酒店。自由闲逛八一好吃街：好又来酸辣粉、山城小汤圆、降龙爪爪。逛解放碑步行街，体验8D交通——从1楼坐电梯到22楼出门又是马路。晚餐珮姐老火锅或周师兄大刀腰片火锅，体验九宫格：毛肚七上八下涮15秒、鸭肠涮至打卷、配蒜泥香油碟。饭后远观洪崖洞夜景（11层吊脚楼如千与千寻汤屋），留给后续慢慢体验。
磁器口 + 渣滓洞 + 李子坝轻轨 + 南山夜景
09:00游览磁器口古镇：拐入横街探索钟家院、翰林院，品尝陈麻花和毛血旺。午餐磁器口毛血旺老店。下午渣滓洞白公馆了解红色历史。李子坝轻轨穿楼：先在楼下观景台拍摄列车穿楼瞬间，再上车体验从楼中穿越。逛鹅岭二厂文创园（印钞厂改建）。傍晚前往南山一棵树观景台（海拔400米），俯瞰渝中半岛——长江嘉陵江交汇，两岸灯光如繁星铺地。下山品尝南山泉水鸡。
长江索道 + 弹子石老街 + 防空洞火锅
09:00乘长江索道横跨长江（1166米），脚下滚滚长江水，两岸城市天际线从不同高度展开。游览弹子石老街，在长嘉汇观江平台拍渝中半岛全景。午餐受气牛肉（大块牛腩红汤炖至软烂）。下午龙门浩老街（1891年开埠时期洋行建筑），南滨路滨江步道拍重庆城市风光。晚餐防空洞火锅——在抗战防空洞中吃火锅，恒温冬暖夏凉，灯光昏黄石壁粗糙，热气腾腾红油翻滚，地下江湖的独特氛围。推荐洞亭火锅。
大足石刻世界遗产一日游
09:00出发前往大足石刻（高铁45分钟+打车）。午餐大足冬菜尖、邮亭鲫鱼。下午深度游览宝顶山石刻：千手观音（1007只手如孔雀开屏，2015年修复后重新开放）、大佛湾500米U形崖壁31幅浮雕连环画、31米巨大卧佛。可选北山石刻数珠手观音（东方维纳斯）。返回重庆。告别晚餐李子坝梁山鸡（整只土鸡砂锅焖烧配芋儿）。前往机场。
