抵达张家界 · 弹性适应日
抵达张家界荷花机场，入住市区天门山附近酒店。弹性到达日不设固定行程。到得早可先尝三下锅（土家族灵魂菜：腊肉炖豆腐干炖萝卜），逛大庸府城美食街踩点。到得晚则先休整，傍晚酒店周边散步适应气候。晚餐土家风味：腊肉、糍粑、酸鱼。好好休息为明天养精蓄锐。
张家界国家森林公园 · 阿凡达悬浮山
09:00出发前往张家界国家森林公园（40分钟车程）。金鞭溪徒步约5.7公里：两岸峰林如水墨画，经金鞭岩（380米石英砂岩峰柱）、紫草潭、水绕四门。注意野生猕猴众多勿手提塑料袋。午餐袁家界景区餐厅土家酸汤鱼。乘百龙天梯（326米世界最高户外电梯，66秒登顶）至袁家界：乾坤柱（阿凡达哈利路亚悬浮山原型，150米高巨型石柱云雾中若隐若现）、天下第一桥（天然石桥跨两峰）、迷魂台、后花园。傍晚御笔峰日落（四座石峰如毛笔插入笔架）。乘天梯下山。晚餐武陵源岩耳炖鸡。
天门山 · 云端漫步
09:00前往天门山索道下站。乘天门山索道（全长7455米，世界最长高山客运索道，从城市穿越至海拔1518米山顶，约30分钟近乎垂直攀升）。山顶西线鬼谷栈道（1600米悬崖栈道）+盘龙崖玻璃栈道（60米透明玻璃路段脚下千米深谷）。午餐山顶。下午天门洞（世界最高天然穿山溶洞，高131.5米，需登999级台阶或乘穿山扶梯），阳光穿透形成天门洞开壮观景象。天门山寺（始建于唐代千年古寺）。乘索道下山。晚餐娃娃鱼宴或岩耳炖鸡。
大峡谷玻璃桥 · 心跳加速
09:00出发前往张家界大峡谷（1小时车程）。云天渡玻璃桥（桥面430米长、6米宽、距谷底300米，99块全透明玻璃铺设）。可在桥中央体验云中漫步，可选蹦极（260米世界最高蹦极之一）。午餐峡谷餐厅柴火鸡。下午大峡谷谷底徒步（约3公里，瀑布溪流溶洞原始森林），乘船游览暗河。宝峰湖泛舟（湖水百米深，四周奇峰环绕，土家妹子唱山歌）。晚餐血粑鸭（土家族苗族传统名菜）。
凤凰古城 · 湘西边城 + 返程
09:00出发前往凤凰古城（3.5-4小时车程）。午餐凤凰血粑鸭、酸汤鱼。下午沱江泛舟（乌篷船顺沱江而下，两岸明清吊脚楼群倒映水中，船夫唱苗族山歌，经明代七孔虹桥）。沈从文故居（《边城》中翠翠故事的发生地，清代四合院）。古城漫步：苗族银饰作坊（300年工艺）、试穿苗族服饰、沱江跳岩拍照。欣赏古城暮色——沱江两岸灯火渐次亮起如梦似幻。19:00返程或从铜仁凤凰机场飞离。
